Camellia Bridge into Downtown

"Peaces" of Chico is a mural by Gregg Payne painted on the side of the Camellia Substation in downtown Chico. It is one of the most prominently featured murals in Chico. It is immediately visible to anyone entering into the downtown over the Camellia Bridge. This project was funded by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, PG&E, and features caricatures of the Natural Elements, Earth Wind, Fire and
The mural was painted in partnership with local high school students during the summer of 2007.Water as references to sustainable and alternative energy sources.
