19. General Vang Pao

General Van Pao sculpture which is to the left of the dancing trout fountain was created by the Hmong community in Chico as a tribute to their hero General Vang Pao Who led many of the Hmong people out of Laos and into the United States the Statue is cast bronze and every year the Hmong Community comes and has a huge celebration using the statue as their focal point.
